A facilitated working session for founders, leadership teams or project teams who need dedicated time to examine a challenge, align perspectives and make meaningful progress together. The session is shaped around a defined objective, which may include positioning, brand and business alignment, customer experience, strategic direction, decision frameworks or planning through a period of change. Preparation, facilitation and the final scope are determined by the complexity of the challenge and the number of people involved.
