Service Description

A 90-minute diagnostic session for founders and businesses who know something feels unclear, disconnected or ineffective but need help identifying what is happening underneath. Before the session, you’ll complete a short diagnostic questionnaire and share the most relevant brand materials. I’ll review the context, then we’ll examine the challenge together, identify the points of misalignment and establish what deserves attention first. The session includes 15 days of asynchronous support for questions directly related to the diagnostic. 1. Pre-session Diagnostic Questionnaire A structured assessment of the business, positioning, growth challenges and priorities. 2. 90-Minute Diagnostic Session Live strategy working session conducted online 3. Diagnostic Summary Report Documenting key observations, areas of friction, priority opportunities and next steps 4. Strategic Prioritisation Map High-leverage actions that you can focus on over the next 90 days.
